By using our services, you agree to comply with the following rental terms:

• A valid driving license, Emirates ID or passport, and all required documents must be provided before vehicle delivery.

• The renter is fully responsible for all traffic fines, Salik toll charges, parking fees, and any violations incurred during the rental period.

• The vehicle must be used in accordance with UAE traffic laws and rental regulations.

• The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle on the agreed date, time, and in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.

• Any damages, accidents, or mechanical issues must be reported immediately to the rental company.

• Rental prices, vehicle availability, offers, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice.

• Security deposits, payment terms, mileage limits, insurance coverage, and additional charges apply according to the rental agreement.

• VAT will be applied according to UAE government regulations.

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
